I also want to apologize for the late reply.
Our school has a strong belief to help the community and give 100% attention to your children.
So please let me answer all your concerns.
1.- concerns about safety procedure such as earthquake or any disaster.
Answers: We do have regular safety drills which are approved by the Tokyo office and Chuo-ku office and having passed these drills allow all our members to obtain support from the government.
2.-Can’t connect to the phone during day time.
Answer: Our wonderful manager and staff know by heart that answering the phone is not as important than giving extra care to the children, like supporting with feeding, napping, going to the park etc, Sometimes during nap time is also difficult to answer the phone since we do not want to bother.
3.-Staff nurse qualifications.
Answer: We always have the right or enough amount of qualified staff to make sure that we pass the requirements needed from Chuo-ku office and the Tokyo office, which allows all our members to have government support.
4.- Staff quitting in a week.
Answer. Maybe there is a confusion with our employment system which consist in having a trial period to see if the candidate is a match to our work style.
At this moment we are about we are expanding our school with new programs including EIKAIWA. I invite anybody to come and see how truly we care for our members.
